Yes I am a user! Not a computer person at all! Yes! A man running a small business. A computer enables us to run the business really efficiently.
The Encore Lite accounts package is all we need. It's easy to use. You can get going straight away with little or no help and assistance. It has all the ledgers, accounts, files, notes, we could possibly need. Its easy, does what we want, simply and quickly. Keeps excellent records, reports, enables us to set budgets and keep them under review going back years if we need to. It is flexible, we are a service company, the extensive notes and records facility is really useful. The bank reconciliation program that is within the package is easy to do, it saves a huge amount of time and money on accounting bills.

We have never know the software to stop or give problems, it saves itself as you go along so if you inadvertently lose power you don't lose the work you have just done. It's easy to back up, it's not "disc thirsty". You run several different company accounts on the one package.

Lets look at the most important things, the cost is reasonable, and the maintenance subscription is also excellent value for money. Updates come automatically, no add on charges. Help. If you need to pick up the phone to anagram, you get them live without pushing buttons, they remember you, you just say your name and they help you, no serial numbers or codes to get them to help you. They are the most helpful friendly set of people you could wish for.

We have been with Anagram for 13 years no reason to change, they're the best!!
