RMS Healthcare has been successfully using Encore since 1999. We feel as a company we have had many benefits from installing this programme. We use Encore as a complete business tool from batch traceability on products to profit and loss accounts.

As a medical supply company to NHS Hospitals within Scotland and the North East of England batch traceability on products is a key role, we find Encore to be advantageous when carrying out this function. The reports and management menus are also useful when analysing data.

As you are aware, we have a maintenance contract with Anagram Systems and your team are just a telephone call away when you have a query or problem. The technicians are very helpful and easy to understand.
