Re: Anagram Encore Software
Our company has been using Anagram software, in our Spares Supply Facility department, since 1991. In the past 14 years, we have been able to meet the ever changing requirements of our customers with the aid of Anagram Systems and currently use the Encore-ebis Premier package.
Whilst the system contains all the essential requirements for a modern business, we find the stock control, purchasing and sales element of the package, particularly user friendly. To maintain the very high standards of service our customers expect from us, an efficient, reliable and easy to operate software system that helps us to provide a quick response, is essential. A necessary requirement for our customers is the ability for us to import and process XML sales orders and again the package provides this. Additionally, when required, Anagram have provided modifications to meet our specific needs.
In brief, I would recommend Anagram as a user friendly, value for money package.
