COLLECTORS CONNECTION UK. LTD

Dear Dick:
New Encore Software

As things settle down after our expansion move, Richard and I felt that we should find time to thank you and all your staff for being so patient with us, and to reiterate that I suspect you have a software package that far exceeds anything available in the market place.

The main premise at the company's inception was that every procedure had to go through the computer, and the old ms.dos version not only coped admirably but also allowed us to grow at our pace and within our budget. We have now moved to Encore - a move we put off for too long. Encore not only coped with every hurdle thrown its way, but has helped us improve some of our procedures and as a consequence will improve our profitability.

A package that has tremendous flexibility and represents exceptional value, whilst not being industry or trade specific. We have yet to find a challenge that the system has not resolved, (-"at a Price" Joke!). I ought to point out we did look at number of competitors in the market place - Some specialists in our trade, all offering an inferior product at an inflated price, with additional "on-costs".

As we get more confident in the use of Encore and explore new ideas we find Encore has already got a resolution to 99% our new requirement. We are already beginning to miss our daily chats with your staff as we get to use and understand the programme.

Last year was an interesting year to say the very least. To adopt a New computer system, to move and then absorb another company (in three months) is not to be recommended, and as you can imagine was a little stressful at times

In conclusion we thank heaven that one of the large global software houses have not found you, as your programmes would be priced out of our reach.

Best wishes,
Ralph Bartlett
