Allows you to keep track of goods sent to customers 'on approval'
- Approval transaction transfers stock to a special location so that it cannot be sold to another customer but is still included for stock valuation
- Printed Approval Note to go with the goods
- On-approval stock can be either invoiced or returned to normal stock
- Outstanding approvals report keeps track of goods still on approval
- Customer enquiry transaction shows goods on approval (with the customer)
- Product enquiry transaction shows goods on approval
